Le Domaine de Clovallon

In that area of the “Midi”, called the “haut Languedoc”, nested between the two famous appellations of St Chinian and Faugeres, behind the Pic of Tantajo and by the river Orb, lies the small market town of Bedarieux.. It is there, against all odds, that Madame Catherine Roque has created the Domaine De Clovallon.

Let me introduce you to Catherine ’s world, where Clairette, Reisling, Chardonnays, Viognier, and Petit Manseng are flirting with Mouvedre, Syrah, Grenache, and the “indomptable” Pinot Noir .
