With all that going on I have been a bit behind with my advertisements and communication so the bookings for our Calvados Dinner on the 29th, next Wednesday, have been slow coming. If you are free that evening please join us - the menu looks great and the cider and calvados pretty good too. It looks like we are going to have a very busy December with office parties as well as private bookings doing well, we only have a few tables left for Christmas Day as well. As usual our Vegetarian evening on the 27th of November attracted lots of enquires and took me back to the days of L’Artichaut....Mark, who was my head chef there and is now running the kitchen at La Garrigue has come up with an interesting selection of dishes once again. I am delighted with our new Autumn Dessert menu and the feedback has been tremendous, the fennel tart tatin is a winner, and I love the chocolate gratin with its chocolate croquette, of course the Lavender crème Brulee still hold its own while the roast fig with the red wine sauce and Roquefort ice cream is heavenly...Why don’t you come in and try them for yourself! I haven’t been looking after our Trip Advisor account too well and our rating has dropped a little bit so if you came in lately and would like to share your experience ; your endorsement will be appreciated. Have a very pleasant week-end, A bientot, J-Michel |
